The most popular card game that comes to mind where I'm from is called "Three-Dragon Ante". We would need to find dragon cards in order to play. I can show you how to play if we can find suitable cards that would work.
Though... I warn you. I may not be the best teacher. Lost quite to a few silver attempting to play it.

That is a fair point.
We're looking for a set of 100 cards divided in ten suits of seven cards, each representing one type of chromatic or metallic dragons of my world.
The remaining thirty have other creatures on them, which also include the stronger Legendary dragon cards.
Its probably going to be difficult to find the exact deck here so if we find something we can modify, that might be our best bet.
